Logged in, checked my Dash, scroll, scroll, OMG

So yesterday I was counting down the minutes to Paranormalcy's release (just like everyone else was, I'm sure) with my friend on MSN.

Me: SO EXCITED, SO EXCITED! I AM SO EXCITED! THERE'S ONLY 53 MINUTES 'TIL PARANORMALCY IS RELEASED!

Her: PARANORMALCY?

Her: LOLWUT

And yes, my friend and I like to abuse Caps Lock like there's no tomorrow.

After that I had to tell her that it was going to be the awesomest book EVER but I wouldn't be able to read it 'til Christmas (that is, if I was able to convince my parents to buy me a shiny copy at all). And that I was so psyched but at the same time disappointed that I couldn't immediately go out and read it at the library.

And then I logged in this morning and saw the most amazing sight ever.

Oh! I see you've stumbled upon my cozy nook on cyberspace. Welcome! Name's Squinto and this here's my blog dedicated to reviewing the delicious words resting on those delicate pages--in short, books. They're mostly going to be novels (particularly YA) though I'm not averse to exploring other genres and other forms of media.

Now, this is not my first time blogging--but it is the first time I'm considering posting regularly (heaven forbid!). It helps that I'll be talking mostly about the things I love the most AND that it's currently summer.
